Ingredients: 8 firm fresh pears 1/3 c. sherry 1 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/3 c. light brown sugar 1/3 c. soft butter Grated rind of 1 lemon Instructions: Peel, core and cut pears in eighths. Place pears in greased 11x7x 1/2 inch baking . Pour sherry over pears and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine other ingredients and blen until crumbly. Sprinkly over pears. Bake 25-30 minutes, until pears are tender. |
