Ingredients:
3 doz. fresh strawberries, w/stems
1 c. brown sugar
2 oz. dark rum
3 ox. Grand Marnier
4 c. sour cream

Instructions:
Wash berries gently. With stems up, set strawberries in large bowl of crushed ice and set aside. In bowl, mix brown sugar, rum and Grand Marnier until sugar is dissolved. Add sour cream and whip until completely homogenized. Serve dip in sherbert glasses on plates ringed with strawberries.
