Ingredients: 2 lb. cooked and drained sausage 2 cup cheddar cheese 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp thyme 2 cup cooked grits Instructions: Stir cheese into hot grits until melted. Stir in milk, garlic, thyme. Add eggs and sausage. Pour into 13 x 9 dish. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley, or tomatoes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. |
