Cook Time: 15 min 
Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 stick oleo, melted
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
lemon rind
1 cup blueberries (raspberries, etc.)

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
