Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 40 min 
Yield: 10 servings 

Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread 12-16oz.
8 large eggs
2 cups half and half
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Praline Topping

1 cup butter room temp.
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions:
Directions

1. Slice bread into 20 1” slices.
2. Generously butter 2 9×13 pans.
3. Place in 1 layer of bread slices. Beat together first group of ingredients. Pour over slices. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 350. Mix Praline topping (except nuts) and spread evenly over bread; sprinkle with pecans. Bake 40 mins until puffed and golden. Serve w/ syrup, honey or fruit
