Ingredients:
8 Eggs, 2 Cups of Milk, 6 Cups of day old bread (cubed), 1/2 tsp. salt, a dash or two of tabasco, 2 tsp. of Dijon Mustard.

Instructions:
You can now add any vegatables you like: Sauteed mushrooms, green & red peppers, broccoli or asparagus tips. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, tabasco & Dijon. Place the bread cubes in the bottom of a lightly greased 9X13 pan. Add the egg mixture, top with the sauteed vegetables and cheese. Cover with plastic and refrgerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. Test with a tooth pick to make sure it is set. Serve with Canadian Peameal or Country Sausage. This is a 'Vegetarian's Delight'!
