Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper thin slices
1 red bell pepper thin slices
1 yellow bell pepper thin slices
1/4 lb. cheddar grated
1/4 lb. parmesan shredded
6 lrg eggs (rm temp)
1/2 C ricotta
1/2 C cottage cheese
2 C sour cream

*Indian tomato topping

350 degrees 1 hr.
Spray coat 9 x 13 pan glass

Instructions:

Layer peppers on bottom and mix for color. Drop cheeses around for next layer, then beat eggs. Add soft cheese, blend 'til smooth. Add seasonings and sour cream. Then spoon Indian topping (just enough 'til coated) to cover mixture. Bake 1 hr, remove and let set to finish (if still shaky in middle can bake 5 minutes more)

Indian Topping:
1 C roasted tomato
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp fenugruk powder
1/4 tsp mustard seeds

Blend 'til smooth. (very spicy)
