Ingredients: ngredients: 3 eggs 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup pumpkin 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup water 1-1/3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 cup quick rolled nuts Frosting: 2 Tablespoons butter 2-1/2 cups powdered sugar 3 Tablespoons orange juice 1 teaspoon orange peel dash of salt Instructions: Cake: Beat well together eggs and sugar. Add all other ingredients and place in a salad ring to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frosting: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until creamy. Spread and drip frosting onto cake. (Great to use in fall season). |
