Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. fresh raspberries
1/4 c. white chocolate chip

Instructions:
In a large batter bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Add egg, buttermilk and oil, and stir until blended. Add chocolate chips and raspberries. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased (I use butter) griddle for each pancake. Cook until golden brown, turning to cook the otehr side when your pancake starts to bubble and looks slightly dry at the edges.

Makes 6-8 pancakes.

Notes:
This is my own recipe for one of our guests' favorite breakfast treats. They are wonderful paired wtih maple sausage!
