Ingredients: CRANBERRY FREEZE Peggy Cox 2 – 3oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 T. Mayonnaise 2 T. sugar 1- 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce 1- 9 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained) ½ c. chopped pecans 1 c. whipped cream ½ c. powdered sugar 1 t. vanilla Instructions: Soften cream cheese, blend in mayo and sugar with mixer. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in whipped cream in which powdered sugar and vanilla have been added. Pour in mold and freeze overnight. Notes: This has been our family favorite for many years. It is delightful with turkey or ham and can be kept in the freezer for several weeks. |
