Ingredients: 3 lbs pork loin 2 lbs hot pork sausage 56 ounces canned diced tomatoes 20 jalapeno peppers, diced 2 onions, chopped 2 Tbs vinegar 3 Tbs sugar 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin 1 Tbs chili powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 Tbs soy sauce ½ cup butter, melted ½ cup flour Instructions: Cook pork loin & cut into small chunks. Brown sausage & crumble. Combine all ingredients except butter & flour in a large kettle. Bring to a boil & then simmer for a couple of hours. Combine the melted butter & flour and add to rest of ingredients. |
