Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
6 tsp of butter
6 tbl of half and half
6 extra large or jumbo eggs
6 tbl havarti cheese with dill
small ramekins

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grate havarti cheese . Put one tsp of butter in each ramekin and place in oven (on cookies sheet or in cake pan) to melt. When melted, put one tablespoon of half and half in each ramekin, then contents of one egg and top it off with a tablespoon of havarti cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes till it bubbles.When making large numbers at a time in one oven it may take a minute or two longer. Do not overcook.Serve with toast to "dip" in the ramekin and an extra teaspoon.

Notes:
These continue cooking in the hot ramekin, so they should be served immediately .
