Ingredients: 2 Large eggs 2 tsp Vermont Maple Syrup 1/2 lb (2 sticks) unsalted butter. Melted and cooled 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 Tsp Coarse Kosher Salt or Sea Salt 3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar (Packed tightly) 3/4 Cup granulated Sugar 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Morsels 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Morsels 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Morsels 1 Cup White Chocolate Chip Morsels 1 Cup Chopped Pecans 1 Cup Dried Cherries 1 Cup Dried Cranberries Instructions: In a small bowl blend well the following ingredients: eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla. In a large mixing bowl blend together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugars. Mix well. Add all chocolate morsels, dried cherries, cranberries and pecans. At low speed slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Using small Scoop (golf ball size)make balls of cookie dough. Place on a tray/pan that will fit in freezer (you can stack with parchment paper layered between. Wrap and freeze dough for approximately one hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place frozen cookie balls on greased cookie tray and bake 10- 15 minutes Yields vary according to size. The cookie doesn't spread too much and one and two bite size cookies are perfect because they are so rich. Notes: These are a family and inn favorite for the Holidays and any time of the year. These are really rich and delicious cookies - chock full of goodies! You may make the cookies larger with a bigger scoop - just lower the temp to 350 before baking. Mix things |
