Ingredients: 2 large cans of any fruit (peaches, pineapples), well drained 1/2 C. brown sugar 2 T. margarine or butter 1 tsp. curry powder Instructions: Melt butter and curry powder in pan over low heat, add brown sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved, then add fruit and simmer over low heat at least 10 minutes. |
