Ingredients: 4 cups apples peeled and diced 1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 2 cups plus 3 Tablespoons flour 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup walnuts Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9x 13” pan at 350 degrees for one hour or until done |
