Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl. Stir with a whisk. Make a well in centure of mixture. Combine yogurt, melted butter, milk, and egg, stirring with a whisk; add to flour mixture, stirring until moist.
3. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffins cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until a wooden pike inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
