Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
10” Pie Shell or 1 Pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 Eggs (Beat)
½ Cup Mayo
½ Cup Milk
5 Slices Chopped Bacon
¼ Cup Mushrooms Chopped
2 oz. Swiss cheese
2 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese
2 T Parmesan
¼ Cup Onion Chopped
1 T Cornstarch
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
Dash of Garlic Salt or one chopped garlic clove
Dash of Pepper



Instructions:
Sauté bacon, garlic salt or clove, and onion together in pan.

Mix eggs, mayo, milk with wire whip.
Mix all ingredients into milk/mayo mixture.

Grease pie plate. Arrange crescent rolls in pie plate completely covering bottom and sides. Add liquid mixture.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until toothpick in center of quiche is clean.
Sit 10 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
