Ingredients:
1 small can solid pack pumpkin
6 eggs plus 3 yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar
Vanilla
4 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 loaf unsliced egg bread

Instructions:
Lightly spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Cut egg bread into 1 1/2" slices and place in baking dish. Pour egg, pumpkin mixture over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 425 for approximately 35 minutes. Cut into 6 or 8 servings, serve with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
