Ingredients: 4 cups blueberries 2 cups sour cream 2 TB vanilla 2 cups brown sugar Instructions: Spoon fruit into 8 individual 4 oz. oven proof serving dishes (ramekins). Mix sour cream and vanilla. Spoon mixture over fruit. Top with brown sugar. This seems like a lot of brown sugar, but it is required. Broil for 3-4 minutes (or less!), watching very carefully. The brown sugar should melt and caramelize, but should not burn. |
