Ingredients: Hot Chicken Salad August 8, 2009 by islandcookbook 2 cup cooked chicken, cubed 2 cups celery, thinly sliced 1 cup toasted bread cubes, croutons 1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped 1/2 tsp grated onion 1 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup grated cheese 1 cup toasted bread cubes, croutons Instructions: Combine all but the last 2 ingredients. Pile lightly into casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bread cubes. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. |
