Ingredients: 4 cups of thinly sliced cabbage 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion 1 can of cream of celery soup 4 tablespoons melted butter Topping 1 1/2 cup your favorite crackers, crushed 1 cup of cheddar cheese 4 tablespoons melted butter Instructions: Spray 9-inch glass casserole with cooking spray Put cabbage on bottom Spread onion evenly over cabbage Mix soup & melted butter and spread over onions Mix crushed crackers, cheese and butter and spread on top Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes 8 servings |
