Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 30 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup natural sugar
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp canola oil
2 cage free or farm fresh eggs
1 cup raspberries
about 1 ½ cups fat free milk (antibiotic and
hormone free)

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients well add oil, eggs, and milk
slowly for consistency a little thicker than to
yogurt fold in raspberries.

Use two 9 inch glass Pyrex pie dishes or one large 10 inch, 2 inch deep stone pie dish, melt a small amount of butter in each and then divide batter in two.
Bake at 350 degrees F on middle shelf for about 30 minutes, rotate after 15 minutes.

Slice like pie and sprinkle a small amount of
confectioner's sugar with a drizzle of maple syrup for garnish (a couple raspberries optional).
