 Sausage Ring Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs sausage (1/2 hot, 1/2 mild)
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped apples

Instructions:
Mix all together. Put in ring mold. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be baked 30 minutes, frozen, then baked 30 minutes when ready to serve. Makes 2 rings. One ring serves 8. Recipe can be halved. Fill center with scrambled eggs.
