Ingredients: 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil 2T brown sugar 2T honey 2T lemon juice 1T Dijon-style mustard 2t beef or chicken instant bouillon 1 (3/4 - 1 lb) pork tenderloin Instructions: In a large pan or plastic bag, combine all ingredients, except tenderloin. Add tenderloin. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Remove tenderloin from marinade. Grill or broil 30-35 minutes or until luin reacher 160 degrees in center. Baste frequently with heated marinade. Makes 2-4 servings |
