Ingredients: 22 scallions 11 cloves garlic 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp dry mustard 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp dry dill weed 1/2 tsp celery seed 3 ½ cups olive oil 3 ½ cups rice wine vinegar 3/4 cups orange juice Instructions: Wash then rough chop scallions. Chop garlic & place both scallions and garlic in food processor. Add all dry spices. Measure the liquids into one container; pour slowly into food processor while processing. Process in batches so as not to overflow food processor. Notes: This is outstanding on salads and works very nicely as a marinade for chicken or for salmon. We also coat our croutons and bagel chips with this dressing for great flavor. |
