Ingredients: 6 eggs 3 cups milk 1/2 cup honey 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp unsalted butter Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Melt the butter in a 10-12" castiron pan or ovenproof skillet. In a blender, mix all ingredients until well blended. Make sure there are no lumps of flour. You may need to scrape down sides of blender. Pour batter into prepared skillet or baking dish. Bake 25-35 minutes, until golden brown and puffy. Variations: Add 2 ripe bananas to ingredients and blend together. Add 1 cup applesauce to ingredients and blend together. Yield: 8-12 slices |
