Ingredients:
Cream together:
1 cup butter, softened at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
Add:
3 cups ripe, mashed bananas
Whisk together and add to to wet ingredients, mix well:
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
Sift together and fold into wet ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cardamon
Add:
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup granola - topping
Pour into 9x13 prepared baking pan. Sprinkle top of cake with granola.
Bake about 30-40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
