Ingredients: 1 lb bulk sausage 6 eggs 2 cups milk 3 slices bread, cubed 1 cup shredded cheese 1 tsp mustard salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Spread cooked and drained sausage in a greased baking dish (9 x 13). Sprinkle bread on top. Pour egg mixture (eggs, milk, mustard) over bread. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight and take at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. |
