Ingredients:
Apples
1 Tablespoon butter
Brown sugar
Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:
Leave skin on apples if color is desired. Thinly slice and remove core. Saute in butter for 4 minutes. Turn and sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon brown sugar for each 6 slices of apples. Cook until sugar melts and slightly caramelizes. Arrange slices on plate and top with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle nuts over apples if desired.
