Ingredients: Combine in a saucepan: 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 4 cups milk 1/4 tsp salt 1 fresh nectarine or peach, peeled and diced 1 apple, cored and diced 1 banana, diced Instructions: Easy and delicious. Let soak for 5 minutes or so. Simmer slowly over low heat, stirring often. Cool until thickened and tender, about 10-15 minutes. Serves six. |
