Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
2/3 C butter
3 1/2 C flour
1/2 C sugar
4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2/3 C finely chopped dried apricot
1 C white chocolate chips
2 eggs
2/3 C half and half


Instructions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In food processor, process butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until mixture is crumbly. Stir in apricots and white chocolate chips. By hand add egg & just enough half & half so dough forms a ball. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knewad lightly 10 times. Pat into 2 eight inch circles and cut each circle into 9 wedges. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Bake on greased cookie sheet about 15 minutes, until golden. Serve warm.
