Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:

8 cups of regular oats (not quick)
1 1/2 cups of wheat germ
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
8 oz. of coconut (wide, unsweetened)
8 oz. of almonds
3 oz. of sunflower seeds
8 oz. of cashews (raw or salted)

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Instructions:
Mix the first seven dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and bring to a boil the next five wet ingredients. Add wet to dry. Blend well. Spread on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake about 2 hours in a 200 degree oven (until coconut is brown around edges). Add 1 cup of raisins after baking if desired.
