Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 7 servings 

Ingredients:
8 English muffins split and lightly toasted
1 pound crab meat
Thick sliced peeled fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup grated romanno cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 packages white sauce mix
1 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tbs. Cooking sherry wine
1 tbs. White wine Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Place a thick slice of tomato on each toasted muffin half and lightly salt the tomato slice. Divide the crab on top of each tomato slice. Top with lots of grated cheese.

Broil about 4 inches from the heat source until cheese is bubbly and muffin is thoroughly heated. Turn off and let sit in the oven as you prepare the sauce.

Prepare white sauce according to instructions on the package. When thickened, add remaining ingredients.

Place 2 broiled muffin stacks on each plate and slowly pour the sauce over each. Top with chopped chives and paprika for color.
