Ingredients: Pot au crème 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1 egg 2 TB sugar pinch of salt 2 TB liquor - hazelnut or amaretto Add 2/3 cup very hot milk while blender is going Instructions: Put chocolate chips, egg, sugar, salt, and liquor into a blender, mix briefly. Add 2/3 cup very hot milk while blender is going Makes four servings - extremely rich Top with a bit of home-made whipped cream. Drizzle liquor over top. |
