Ingredients: 1 cup mashed potatoes 1 1/2 cups warm water 2 eggs room temperature 2/3 cup soft butter 1 pkg yeast 2/3 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 7- 7 1/2 cups of flour Instructions: Dissolve the yeast in warm water set aside. Mix the sugar, butter, eggs and mashed potatoes. Add the yeast to mixture, knead in the flour and salt. Place roll mix into greased bowl cover with wax paper and damp towel place in refrigerator overnight. Pull off as much or as little as you need. Bake at 375 degrees. Mix may be keep refrigerated for 2 weeks keep towel moist. |
