Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
2 tbs white corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
French bread or Texas toast
5 eggs
1 scant cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Boil for 30 seconds margarine, syrup and sugar. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice French bread about 1 inch thick (or use Texas toast). Put slices close together on top of suace. Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour over the top of the bread. Cover and referigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (uncovered). When ready to serve, turn pieces of bread over and caramel will be on top.
