Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 2 servings 

Ingredients:
6-8 medium strawberries (I also sometimes add blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, peaches, pineapple, whatever is fresh and in season.)
1/2 cup Greek or plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
2-3 tbsp sugar, to taste
the juice and zest of one lemon. (I like this tart so I use three tbsp lemon juice per cup of the yogurt/sour cream mixture.)

Instructions:
Wash and quarter strawberries, divide between two pretty glasses (I use Champagne glasses). Whisk together yogurt and sour cream, then add the sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle two tablespoons of the lemon creme over each glass of the strawberries.
Grate lemon zest over the creme right before serving.

Notes:
For a romantic snack fill a regular champagne glass (not a flute) half full with lemon creme and place whole, stems on, strawberries in the creme. Add the zest and let the honeymooners share.
