 Peaches & Creme Brulee French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbs corn syrup
10 sliced bread sliced 1 inch thick, without crusts
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp triple sec
1/4 tsp salt

1 package of frozen peach slices
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup peach brandy

Instructions:
In heavy sauce pan, melt butter with brown sugar and corn syrup stirring until smooth. Pour into 15x10 baking dish. Place 10 slices of bread over the mixture. Mix eggs, half and half, vanilla, triple sec and salt together with a whisk. Pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning allow to sit room temperature 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Place one package of thawed frozen peach slices in bowl, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup peach brandy stir

To serve: Place once piece of French toast on plate, brown sugar side up. Spoon peaches over the top.
