 Orange French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
cinnamon
dried orange peel

7 large eggs
1 1/2 cups orange juice
10 slices of thick bread without crusts

three oranges
1 pint strawberries
1/6 large melon (not watermelon)
4 large peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup triple sec

Instructions:
Melt butter in 10x15 glass dish in the microwave. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then cinnamon, then dried orange peel.

Beat eggs, add orange juice. Dip bread slices into egg mixture and place over the butter and sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Slice oranges, strawberries, melon and peaches. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup triple sec and let stand for 1/2 hour.

To serve: place toast upside down on plate and top with fruit.
