Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 4 tablespoons dark raisins 2 2/3 cups non-fat milk 4 tablespoons Minimax Seed Mix 4 teaspoons honey, Fireweed if possible Instructions: Simmer the oats, raisins and milk until just cooked - about 10 minutes. Stir and remove from the heat. Sprinkle with the Minimax Seed Mix, either whole, partly or fully ground. I use a small electric coffee bean grinder to do this fresh each day.
