Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup honey
3 tbs sour milk
3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sunflower seeds


Instructions:
Beat butter, egg, sugar, honey. Add milk. Add bananas then mixed dry ingredients along with raisins. Fill muffins tins 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
