Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients: 1 cup pecan pieces 1/2 cup raisins (optional) 1 25 oz. Package frozen white dinner rolls 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 3oz. Package vanilla pudding and pie filling mix (not instant) 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. Ground nutmeg 1/3 cup butter, cut into small pieces Instructions: Sprinkle nuts and raisins in bottom of greased 9x13" baking pan. Arrange frozen rolls over nuts and raisins. Sprinkle with brown sugar. In small bowl, combine pudding mix, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle mixture over rolls. Top ingredients in pan with butter pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator overnight. Uncover and let rise in a warm area until doubled, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes. Turn pan onto waxed paper. |
