Ingredients: 1 pound bulk pork sausage 18 eggs 1/2 cup light cream 1 tablespoon minced dried onion 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced Instructions: In 10" skillet cook sausage until browned; drain and set aside. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish. In large mixer bowl beat eggs with electric mixer on medium speed about 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Beat in cream and onion. Pour into greased dish; sprinkle with sausage. Top with three cheese slices. Cover with foil and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Serve immediately. |
