Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 cups flour
1/2 cup corn syrup

Instructions:
Mix all the above ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for 1 day.

Warm fry pan at med.-low heat. Spoon out batter on to the flour (about the size of a teaspoon). Lightly coat batter with flour. Pat off access in hands while forming a patty. Place in heated fry pan. (allow for some expansion. Cover for about 1 minute or until top seems lightly dry. Turn over until done (about 30-45 seconds) Remove from frypan and cool on rack before stacking. Easily frozen for future enjoyment!
