Ingredients: 2 cups flour 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt and cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and ginger 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1 egg 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Instructions: In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl, combine milk, pumpkin, eggs and oil, stir into flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be thick. Serve with real Maple syrup. |
