 Pecan Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
4 eggs
3 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
6 to 8 over ripe bananas
1 tablespoon of vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans


Instructions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, flour, vanilla, and heavy cream. Add bananas and fold in pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
