Ingredients: 1 qt. milk 4 eggs 1-1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt Instructions: Innkeeper, Peggy, serves this Finnish Pancake with pure Connecticut maple syrup and her own homemade jams, but it's wonderful eaten just plain. Melt 1/2 cup of butter or margarine in 9" x 13" pan. Mix ingredients with wire whisk. Pour over melted butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to set before cutting. |
