Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
8 cups all-purpose flour (can be part whole wheat)
4 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 apples, finely diced (may be held in quart of water with 2 tablespoons lemon juice added)
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions:
Grease well a 9x13x2-inch pan.
Combine first five ingredients. Set aside.
Combine milk, eggs and oil. Set aside.
Combine remaining four ingredients and set aside.
Mix wet and dry mixtures (flour and milk mixtures).
Spread half on the bottom of the pan. Spread half of the diced apples (drained). Spread half of the streusel topping. Repeat these layers.
Bake at 400º F for 30 to 35 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
