Ingredients: 1 cup butter 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups sifted flour 3 cups peeled, chopped apples 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts Instructions: In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the sifted flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in vanilla. Fold in apples and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. |
