Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups flour 3 cups sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 4 eggs slightly beaten 1/4 cup oil 1 cup nuts 1 cup raisins 2/3 cup water 1 lb. Can of pumpkin or squash Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Generously grease and flour three 1 lb. Coffee cans. Divide batter equally. Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool and wrap in foil. |
